This position is a Seasonal Contract position, 2-3 days per week, working in-person at The Wandering Flock Studios in Brooklyn, NY.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with online order fulfillment-
- Print order packing lists and shipping labels
- Accurately pack orders
- Coordinate shipping
- Respond to customers emails regarding orders
- Manage all online INV
- Assist in the management and updating of the online retail store via Shopify.
- Manage in person shopping and pick ups
- Hours may include some weekends for festivals
Requirements:
- Organized, good time management skills
- Positive attitude.
- Communication Skills, ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Retail experience
- Knowledge and experience with both knitting and crochet techniques, and ability to provide pattern support to customers.
- Experience with Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with Shopify
- Create draft listings for approval
- Assist with copy and content
- Print orders and shipping labels from shopify
